"How customizable are the machines?"

We offer varying sizes to fit the space you have available! Custom wraps to fit your aesthetic. Get a modern machine, get a classic machine. Select whatever products you want in the machines!

"Where do the machines come from? Who stocks them?"
We still get these questions a lot. Our service is COMPLETELY FREE. We own the machines, and are fully responsible for them. This includes sourcing products and stocking. We get live updates with which products are low so empty machines are never an issue.

"What happens when there's a customer service issue?"
Every machine is labeled clearly with state issued identification decals. These indicate who the vendor is and their contact number. Our contact number displayed is the owner's personal cell phone. He will pick up on the first ring. No long hold holds, no getting passed around customer service departments. If a refund needs to be issued, it is done instantly through our POS app.

"How are prices determined?"

This is not a price gouging, airport pricing system! This is an added amenity for guest satisfaction within your business so we want convenience and modest pricing to always be a priority!
"What's the rewards program?"

The more you spend the more points you earn towards free items. Why? Because loyalty means a lot to us and we think it should be rewarded! Oh and don't forget about the customer appreciation parties where we provide the food and beverages for loyal customers!

As far as we can tell, no other vending machine company is offering rewards programs like ours. Our service is also unmatched! If you have an issue, call any time. If we need to be there in person, it will be less than 24hrs. We take a lot of pride in the relationships we build with our business partners. "How do you determine the products?"

We want what you want! An initial meeting will take place to collaborate the initial product list. Employee/guests surveys are done through a QR code that's placed on the front of the machine for any updates. For school students specifically, our products are certified and selected through the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.

Tap your card to open the door, grab as many items as you want, close the door, and then you're charged. This allows for the fastest check out available, and only one transaction! This model also allows us to stock large items like meals, and less moving parts means less issues.
Tap-to-pay
All our machines are available in tap-to-pay. Of course, you don't have to have a telemetry option and all machines also accept cash.
